Tana Sachs Copple leads the Family Law Litigation Practice Division at our firm. The firm’s practice in the area of marital and family law includes disputes related to dissolution of marriage, determination of paternity, parental responsibility, time-sharing, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, contempt and enforcement, as well as domestic violence and post-judgment modifications. Ms. Copple began her legal career in 1997 as a Domestic Violence prosecutor with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office. This early experience, protecting victims of abuse, shaped Ms. Copple’s deep commitment to helping families and their children successfully navigate the most difficult challenges and transitions. Protecting the well-being of children is a central concern in every case Ms. Copple handles. She works closely with her clients to develop practical solutions to their family conflicts, providing them guidance and recommendations for strategies that promote productive co-parenting and stability.
