Matthew R. Kamula, Esq. is a Senior Attorney at Copple Sachs Copple P.A., where his practice focuses on homeowner and condominium association law. Drawing from a diverse legal and corporate background, Mr. Kamula advises clients on all aspects of community association operations, including the interpretation, amendment, and enforcement of governing documents, rulemaking, contract negotiation and drafting, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Mr. Kamula has provided counsel across a broad range of legal areas, including homeowners and condominium association law, IT vendor management, corporate transactional matters, insurance defense, risk management, admiralty and maritime law, real estate, banking, and finance. His clients have included nationally and internationally recognized cruise lines, shipping companies, yacht owners, corporations, and individuals.

His career includes a successful transition from litigation into the corporate sector, where he served as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Operations for an IT services corporation. In that role, he oversaw legal, operational, transactional, and real estate matters, working closely with federal and state governments and managing complex business operations.

At Copple Sachs Copple P.A., Mr. Kamula’s combined litigation and transactional experience equips him to offer strategic, practical legal solutions to community associations and other clients. He is known for his ability to lead complex operations and negotiate dynamic transactions, with experience engaging with federal, state, county, municipal, and city governmental entities.

Mr. Kamula earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, California, and Washington.

Beyond his professional work, Mr. Kamula is deeply involved in his community. He has served as President of his Homeowners' Association for the past ten years and is active in the North County Neighborhood Coalition, where he currently serves as President and sits on the Board of Directors. He also serves as an advisory member of the Palm Beach Gardens Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
