Ryan S. Copples

 Ryan S. Copple, Esq. is the Managing Partner of Copple Sachs Copple P.A., bringing with him over twenty-five years of legal experience to the firm’s civil litigation and community association law practice. He leads the civil practice team, consisting of civil litigation with a specialization in community association law, representing both community associations and individuals with HOA/condominium disputes.

Mr. Copple is Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law, underscoring his deep expertise and knowledge in this specialized field. His experience spans a broad range of legal areas, including covenant enforcement disputes, fining and suspensions, country club and HOA grievances, landlord/tenant, ejectments, contract interpretation, construction and assessment liens, code violations, foreclosures, fraud, real estate and escrow disputes, collections, injunctive relief, and other legal equitable claims.

Mr. Copple’s practice focuses on civil litigation, real property, and community association law. He has served as lead counsel, advocating for hundreds of clients at mediation and has extensive experience in arbitration before the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes.

Mr. Copple earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida in 1994. He obtained both his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in 1998. He is admitted to practice before The Florida Bar (1998) and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (1999). He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator and has mediated hundreds of civil disputes since 2009.  In recognition of his excellence in alternative dispute resolution, he was inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN) in 2024.

Mr. Copple is an active member of The Florida Bar and its Real Estate Section. He is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and has served on its Bench-Bar Committee where he has moderated several panels. 

Mr. Copple is a community leader and has been quoted in local newspapers on community association matters.  He is a sought-after speaker, having presented at continuing legal education seminars on landlord-tenant law and at various property management company events focused on community association law.

Mr. Copple is a native Floridian. He grew up in Broward County, Florida and now resides in Jupiter with his wife and three children. His practice includes cases state wide.
